Claude Dozorme table accessories are all made in France. Each step, from design to assembly, is carried out in our workshop.
- This XXL cheese knife is equipped with spikes at the end of the blade to make it easier to serve the cheese. Its particularity also comes from the holes in its blade that prevent the material from sticking. This is very useful for flowing cheeses such as Camembert.
- The holes form the word "cheese" on the blade, which is playful and original. You can easily match it with other accessories of the Berlingot cheese range, especially with the cheese fork! French-made and above all handcrafted, this knife was designed in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme.
- Technical characteristics: The XXL cheese knife from our Berlingot range is equipped with a stainless-steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. The X46Cr13 stainless steel we use for its manufacture is of very high quality. Its rock well hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
- Its dimensions are 11 centimeters for the handle and 10.5 centimeters for the blade. In total, our artisanal knife is 21.5 centimeters long.
Shipping & Returns
At Soirée at the Lake we want you to love your purchases as much as we do! We allow returns of full priced merchandise for store credit or exchange ONLY, within 10 days of receipt. Store credits may be used in-store or for online purchases.
- Clothing is eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt. Please IMMEDIATELY inspect and try on your clothing upon arrival. The item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the tags attached to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Please send a photo via email of damage.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
- Gift Cards, gourmet items, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks, original artwork, Elevazione, Beaudin, and Final Sale/Clearance category items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Home decor items must be returned in their original packaging. Damages must be reported with photos within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- All discounted items are final sale.
- Personalized and special order items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless there is a mistake in manufacturing your order.
